Our England screenings are designed to be fun, exciting and family friendly for all guests. To help us maintain the right atmosphere, we ask everyone attending to respect the following rules and guidance.
Large groups of males may be refused entry at management discretion, particularly where we believe the atmosphere may become disruptive or unsuitable for families and younger guests. Anyone refused entry under these circumstances will not be entitled to a refund.
Any guest arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or removed from the screening without refund. Excessive drunkenness, aggressive behaviour, chanting intended to intimidate others, or repeated foul and abusive language will not be tolerated.
Please be mindful that many guests attending will be families and children. Passion and excitement are encouraged, but overly offensive language, discriminatory behaviour, shouting abuse at players, staff or other guests, or behaviour likely to make others uncomfortable may result in removal from the cinema without refund.
Abuse, threats or aggression towards our team members will never be tolerated under any circumstances.
The Arc Cinema reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests at any time where behaviour is deemed disruptive, intimidating, unsafe or inappropriate for a family environment.
